No. They deliver to our Port Klang warehouse the way they would for any forwarder, or we collect from them. We tell them the cut-off for the week.
What if a supplier is outside the Klang Valley?
We collect across Peninsular Malaysia. Tell us where they are and we'll plan the pickup around the weekly cut-off.
Who handles the paperwork?
We do. Export documents including K3 and CIPL on our side, and clearance at your port.
Can you deliver outside town?
Yes. Door delivery covers the major towns and outskirt areas across Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.
Is my cargo insured?
Marine insurance is arranged on request, and we recommend it on every shipment.
